Part 1: Care Coordination - For Managing Cost and Length of Stay
Health care reform, value-based reimbursement and the revenue and reimbursement cycles all require care coordination for optimal clinical and financial outcomes. This program will focus on effective care coordination and will identify steps to improve collaboration with key stakeholders. The role structure of each team will be discussed.
