MEETING PURPOSE
Provide hospital leadership with statistics regarding the current healthcare recruitment/retention issue. Brainstorm strategies on how to hire—then keep—personnel. 
 
MEETING OBJECTIVES
  • Discuss the development of a culture to retain nurses
  • Discuss performance strategies for hospital leaders
  • Discuss ways to become a transformational leader
  • Discuss how to maintain effective communication skills
