ATTENTION MEMBERS: When registering here, please scroll down and click your attendance for the meeting and all activities you will participate in. You must register all guest attendees under the ADD A GUEST tab. The guest attendee will need to check all activities that he or she will participate in as well.
HOTEL INFORMATION: Hotel reservations are available under the RHA/HPIC group code 2406ZL. Each hospital/facility will be reimbursed for (1) RHA/HPIC member and (1) RHS Board member (if applicable) for 5 nights stay at the nightly rate of $199.00 + applicable taxes. We have provided you several condo options under our group to include beachside and 2 & 3 bedroom condos. If you choose to book a condo at a rate higher than the reimbursable rate, you will be responsible for the additional cost. Registration deadline is March 15th. Register online here.
