WEBINAR: Teaching Frontline Employees To Resolve Conflicts

Teaching Frontline Employees To Resolve Their Own Conflicts

Course Curriculum
This session will identify the root causes of workplace conflict and the negative responses that perpetuate these issues. Participants will learn how to diagnose and assess the degrees of conflict resolution. Harry will also share strategies and techniques, using the “Conflict Resolution Model,” to help staff mediate and arbitrate the conflict of others. By selecting the appropriate strategy for successful resolution, participants will learn how to decrease or eliminate conflict in the workplace and improve the overall workplace environment.

Learning Objectives
At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:
1. Prepare direct reports to indentify and address workplace problems.
2. Establish expectations that people will attempt to resolve their conflicts before elevating the complaints to leadership.
3. Identify the avoidance behavior and reluctance to initiate resolution.
4. Demonstrate how employees should "put language" to the conflict resolution process.

Target Audience
Clinical and non-clinical personnel, middle management to executive personnel, HR staff and others interested in teaching frontline staff to resolve their own conflicts.
