MHA Society for Healthcare Risk Management ANNUAL MEETING

According to a recent study from the Information Systems Security Association and Enterprise Strategy Group, a lack of employee training is one of the top three contributors to cybersecurity risk. Hospitals must increase cybersecurity training for non-technical employees, and this session will show you how to get started. We will also have a Case Law Update, a discussion about HIPAA-compliant text messaging, and a panel focusing on end-of-life decisions and consent.

Healthcare Providers Insurance Company is pleased to co-sponsor this educational program.

Continuing Education:

  • This program has been approved by the MS State Board of Nursing Home Administration for 4.0 hours of continuing education hours.
  • This program has been approved by the National Association for Healthcare Quality for 4.25 CPHQ continuing education hours.
