Mission

To improve population health as well as individual health outcomes, while reducing the cost of care (i.e., the Triple Aim). Myriad Health Alliance offers a program that minimizes up-front investment and risk, provides turnkey solutions, and allows clinics and physician/hospital organizations to carefully implement and evaluate new delivery models in order to understand their impact on the health, quality, and financial viability of their community and health care delivery system.
