Part 2: Physician and Case Manager Collaboration
Physicians are key in case management departments. The collaboration of the physician advisor and the case management department is one of the lynchpins to positively impact hospital outcomes.
Attendees will understand the role of the physician advisor, the hospitalist, other key physician stakeholders, and their collaborative responsibility with the case management department. This webinar will also focus on methods to better ensure a strategic alignment between case management professionals and key physician stakeholders.
