During the last HQIC data call, Tabitha Clifton from Tippah County did a presentation using Excel pivot tables in order to translate data in a very powerful way. Many were interested in learning more so she has now recorded a 45-minute "how to" video.

CHILDRESS EAMC ANTIBIOGRAM BASED EMPIRIC THERAPY PROTOCOLS PROMISED FROM STEVE TREMAIN DURING EDUCATION: 

EAMCs from 2018 based upon their antibiogram.  They also monitor variation from these recommended orders and require documentation to support the variation.
