Overview
ARMIN J. MOELLER, JR., Partner in the Health Law, Labor & Employment and Litigation practice with Balch & Bingham, will present a webinar titled, "OSHA's COVID-19 Standard for Healthcare Employers- What You Need to Know Now." On June 21, The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published in the Federal Register an emergency temporary standard (ETS) for occupational exposure to COVID-19 that requires health care employers to take certain steps to protect their workers in settings where suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients are treated. The ETS is effective immediately, and employers must comply with most provisions by July 6, and with the physical barriers, ventilation and training requirements by July 21.

During this webinar, Mr. Moeller will discuss important information on compliance, OSHA inspection procedures and enforcement policy.

Attendees will receive OSHA documents designed to help hospitals and other healthcare providers comply with OSHA's Emergency Standard (ETS) for COVID-19.
