About MHA

The Mississippi Hospital Association (MHA) is the statewide agency for health care representation and service to all hospitals and health care networks, as well as the patients and communities they serve.  MHA is comprised of over 100 hospitals, health care systems, networks, care-providers and a pool of over 50,000 employees.

History

Founded in 1931, MHA provides representation and support to members through advocacy activities that address an array of concerns, perspectives and needs at both federal and state levels.  MHA debates health policies from development through legislative, regulatory, and judicial processes.  This agency also provides quality educational offerings and information on health care issues and trends.
