Using RPA to Optimize the Revenue Cycle, Intalere

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an intelligent process-management system that uses artificial intelligence to streamline workflows and data input processes within your organization. Using RPA in the revenue cycle can save time and money. One post-acute health system reduced its claims denial processing time by over 90% using RPA. (Processing time can be reduced to hours from weeks.) RPA can also be used in the revenue cycle for insurance verification, claims submissions, contract management, and coding. Essentially, any high-volume, business-rules-driven, repeatable process qualifies for automation.
